DAMAGED OR INCORRECT TILES:
If you receive damaged or incorrect tiles you will need to inform Hill 16 Tile within 2 working days from delivery. We will send replacements as quickly as possible.
You have the choice to collect your Order from our Store or have it delivered. We outsource our deliveries to local couriers services who will endeavour to deliver goods within 2 - 3 business days. Please note during the current Covid-19 circumstances, all deliveries are contactless and couriers will not be permitted to bring goods into your home.
