1 – A refund will be given on any unopened boxes of tiles returned after completion of job within 30 days of PURCHASE date. No adhesive or grout will be accepted for refund. A restocking charge of 20% may be applied.
2 – Please note that Hill16Tiles does not tile, nor do they have any tilers employed.
3 – No responsibility can be accepted for any damage or injury caused by the use of the tiles. All customers should be aware that tiles by nature can become slippery when wet.
4 – Standard delivery is to the kerbside or nearest accessible flat surface. Inside premises delivery must be pre-arranged, may incur a fee, and depends on safe access, and customer/owner insurance coverage required.
