DAMAGED OR INCORRECT TILES:
If you receive damaged or incorrect tiles you will need to inform Hill 16 Tile within 2 working days from delivery. We will send replacements as quickly as possible.
We are unable to accept back any leftover returns unless they are full and unopened boxes. To enquire about returning a full, unopened box to our store, please contact on 01 8903408. The customer will be responsible for organizing the return of the goods to our store within 28 days of the delivery date. The refund will be processed within 3-5 working days following our receipt of full box of tiles.
Any product that has been specially ordered for a customers’ specific needs cannot be returned for a refund or replacement.
Shipping Or Collection
You have the choice to collect your Order from our Store or have it delivered. We outsource our deliveries to local couriers services who will endeavour to deliver goods within 2-3 business days. Please note during the current Covid-19 circumstances, all deliveries are contactless and couriers will not be permitted to bring goods into your home.
